Why don't you believe? Is there an afterlife? Are people to weak to know the truth?
It was 50 years ago that Bertrand Russell answered the same questions I keep being asked by proponents of faith and beliefs. With what patience he answers is a great inspiration to me. Enjoy.
In 1950, Russell was awarded the Nobel Prize in Literature, "in recognition of his varied and significant writings in which he champions humanitarian ideals and freedom of thought."
